User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with data protection laws and Meta Platform Guidelines (for WhatsApp Business Application integrations), NAC MICRO COLLEGE / NAC GenAI provides a clear procedure for users to request the deletion of their personal information from our CRM and database systems.

If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please follow these steps:

Upon processing an approved deletion request, we will remove or permanently anonymize:

• Your contact profile (Name, email address, phone number).
• Course enquiry history and sales lead qualification records.
• WhatsApp conversation history and message logs stored in our internal CRM database.
• Support tickets and interaction notes.

3. Information That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required by law, regulatory standards, or legitimate business accounting needs:

• Payment & Tax Records: Razorpay payment transaction IDs, invoices, and accounting ledgers required under Indian financial and tax regulations.
• Security & Audit Logs: System logs required for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

4. Meta / WhatsApp Data Disclosures

Please note that submitting a data deletion request to NAC MICRO COLLEGE will delete your personal data stored within NAC MICRO COLLEGE's CRM and database infrastructure.

Data independently collected or retained by Meta Platforms, Inc. (such as message logs within your personal WhatsApp mobile app or Meta's servers under Meta's Privacy Policy) is governed by Meta's independent policies and must be managed directly through your WhatsApp account settings.

5. WhatsApp Opt-Out vs. Data Deletion

If you only wish to stop receiving promotional or follow-up WhatsApp messages without deleting your account history, you can simply reply "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any WhatsApp message. Opt-out takes effect immediately.
